To the Rt. Honble . the Lord Mayor of the City
of London & the Rest of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace for the said City and the Liberties
thereof at their General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace at Guildhall in and for the
sd. City assembled

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Church-
Warden & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Andrews Holborn London

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
& Seals of Francis Cockayne< no role > Esqr . & Lord Mayor of the
sd. City & Robert Alsop< no role > Esqr . two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said City & the Liberties thereof (on
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the tenth day of November last Thomas Nolton< no role > and Mary< no role > his
Wife were removed from the Parish of St. Botolph
Aldgate London to the said Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn as the place of their last legal Settlement
of the said Thomas Nolton< no role > & his Wife Whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves aggreived

Yor Petrs conceiving themselves aggrieved by the sd. Warrt or
Wherefore your Petitioner humble appeal
Order of the sd. two Justices of the Peace Do therefore humble appeal agt. the
to the Honourable Court and pray such
same and pray that Uppleaing and determining thereof may such adjourned
Relief in the Premisses as to this Honble
the general Quarter Session of the Peace to be held at Guildhall in the sd.
Court shall meet meet and yor
City and that all parties may then attend to hear and abide the Judgmt.
Petitioners shall ever pray etc
and determination of the said Appeal
