within the said City on Monday the fourteenth

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
London
exhibited their humble Petition and appeal to this Court on
this Day setting forth that by an Order, on pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the City of London
(one being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the tenth Day of November last Thomas Nolton< no role >
and
Mary< no role >
his Wife
were removed from the parish of Saint
Botolph Aldgate
London unto the said parish of Saint
Andrew
as the place of their last legal Settlement whereby
the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved Whereupon
at the request of the said Petitioners it is Ordered by this
Court that the benefit of the said appeal be saved unto
them and that the hearing and determining thereof be
and the same is hereby adjourned unto the next General
Quarter Session of the peace to be held for this City at
the Guildhall
aforesaid on Monday the fifteenth Day of
April now next morning.
