to make an Order in the Words & Figures Following (that is to say) Be it
as prayed; And Let the Affidavit of William Wood< no role > befiled. with which
petition and order thereon this Depot. on the third day of October instant
served the Said Mr Unwin & the said Mr Newton And this Depot further
Saith That on or about the Ninth day of October instant Several of
the Proceedings menconed in the Said Petition were left in the proper
Office for the Enrollment among which are the Several Entries made by
the Comissioners of [..] Several Meetings under the Said Commission &
of the Bankrupts not Surrendring himself at such Meeting or Meetings But
the Several Summons's issued by the said Commissioners or the Major part of
them to give notice to the said Bankrupt to Surrender himself to them
according to the Several Acts of Parliament & the Several Deposition or
Depositions of the Persons that Serv'd the said Summonss have not yet
been left with the Said Officer to be Enrolled without which this Depot. is
advised and beleives an Indictment cannot well be prepared for
prosecuting the Said Peter Comerlan< no role > for Felony for not Surrendring
himself to the Commissioners in the said Commission named or to the
Major part of them
