in the said County of Surry and That neither of them are Corn Chandlers
Mealmen Merchants or Factors for the Importation of Corn from foreign
parts not any way concerned or Interested in any oats to be Imported
from foreign parts and That on the fourteenth day of this Instant
October the Comon market Price of Middling English Oats in the
new Market in Mark lane

was Fifteen Shillings the Quarter
and That such Oats then & there were accordingly bought & hell at
the price of Fifteen Shillings the quarter.
