and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopgate London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrt. under the hands and Seals
of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said City of
London and Liberty thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the 22d. Day of November 1748

from the Parish of St. Katherine Creechurch
London to the Parish
of St. Botolph without Bishopgate

aforesaid Adjudging
the last Legal Settlement of the said Mary to be there and
your Petrs. Conceiving themselves Agrieved by the said Order
and Judgment of the said two Justices Do Humbly appeal
therefrom and humbly pray such relief in the premises as to your
Lordships and Worships shall seem meet and Convenient and
And Yr. Petrs. Shall ever pray Etc
