The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Giles in the Fields in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrt. or Order under
the hands and Seals of the said Sr . Wm. Calvert< no role >
and Francis Cokayne< no role > Esqr . two of His Maties
Justices of the Peace for the City of London
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
22d. day of November last Mary Jones< no role > wife
of John Jones< no role > a Sailor in His Majesty's
Service and their child James< no role > aged Nine
Years were removed and Conveyed from the
parish of St. Botolph Aldgate London to the
said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields as the
Place of the last legall Settlement of the
said Mary Jones< no role > and child

Yor. Petrs. think themselves Aggrieved
by the said Pass Warrt. or Order of the
said two Justices of the peace , Appeal
to this Court against the same &
humbly pray that yor Worships will
be pleas'd to appoint a day for the
hearing & Determining of the same

And yor. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
