John Kite< no role > & John Rose< no role > als Lowe< no role > &
John Stevens< no role > .

John Gilbert< no role > a prisoner Confined in the Woodstreet Compter
and Wm. White< no role > one of the Marshall's Men of the City of London
Severally make Oath and first the said Gilbert Saith that
he this Deponent for two Months before his Confinement
was concerned with the above named John Kite< no role > and John
Rose otherwise Lowe in divers felonies in the City of
London such as picking Gentlemen's Pocketts of their
Handkerchiefs in their passing along the Publick
Street and Saith that the abovenamed John Stevens< no role >
who lived in Chick Lane is the Person that Encouraged
this Deponent & his said Accomplices in the said
Felonies and used to buy the Goods so stolen knowg.
them to be Stolen at small & inferior prices to their
value And the other Deponent Wm. White< no role > Saith that
upon his accidentally seeing the abovenamed John
Stevens the said Gilbert charged the said Stevens
with being the Receiver of the said Stolen Goods
knowing them to be Stolen and said that [..]
he had a Bundle which he believed were Handkers
Stolen by them & received by him the sd. Stovens
and this Dept [..] stevens [..]
ninety Handkerchief some of him foul with [..]
and other is a answering the discripten given
[..] Gilbert and lastly this Dept. saith that he has
had information of a person to prosecute the above
named Depts and hopes he shall be Able to find
out others by the next Sessions which he house
