Wee the Grand Inquest for the City of London do most
humbly & unanimously present, that John Bathaw< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Mary Le Bors in Cordwainers Ward
within London , now & for the Space of two Months last
past has kept an ill govern'd & disorderly house;
scituate in the said Parish, one door of which house go
into Well Court , & the other door of the said House into
George Yard , and for the sake of wicked Lucre & Gain
he during the said time aforesaid has kept a reputed
Common bawdy house , and that the said house ought
to be suppress'd, it appearing to us that the said
John Bathws< no role > further continuance to keep the same
most greatly tend to the Corruption of the morals
of South, [..] the great endangering of the public [..]
safety, & to the special Terror & nusance of all
his Majestys Leige subjects inhabiting that about
and we do likewise present the said house as being a
harbour for Common wheresth
