of the Rolls in the County of Middx

Sheweth

the Rt Honble Mr Bean Esqt Lord Mayor & Thomas
Rawlinsen< no role > Esqr two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the City of London Libertys thereof
(one of the Quorum) bearing Date the 3d. Day
of Octr. Just Thomas Baldwin< no role > aged abt 12 Years &
Sarah Baldwin< no role > aged about Ten Years Children of
Jno: Baldwin< no role > by Mary< no role > his Wife both deceased were
removed from the Parish of St Mary Magdalsn
in Old Fish Street to the Liberty of the Rolls in
the County of Middx as the Place of their last
Legal Settlement whereby your Petrs. Conceive
themselves to be Agrieved & agt. the Sd Order
do Appeal

Year Petrs. therefore humbly pray that
the Benefit of the sd. Appeal may be Save
to them & that the Hearing & Determining
thereof may be adjourned to the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace
