rest of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City of
London in their General Quarter Session of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwarden & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Vertue of an Order under the
hands and Seals of William Benn< no role > and Edward
Davies
< no role > Esqrs . Two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the said City of London (One whereof
is of the Quorum) bearing date the thirty first
day of December last James Benbow< no role > his< no role >
Wife and their two Children Mary< no role > aged Nine Years
and James< no role > aged five years were Removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of St. Bridget
London to the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the
County of Middlesex as the place of their last legal
Settlement

Your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order and therefore humbly
Appeal against the same and pray
Your Worships to grant them such relief
in the Premisses as shall seem just &
meet

And Your Petrs. will ever Pray Etc.
