his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Christ Church

lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal settlement there and is likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Wich Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
Margaret Purce< no role >
and other Circumstances that the last
legal Settlement of the said John Churchey the Elder is in Parish of
Saint George at Hanover Square
in the County of Middx
And no other Subsequent settlement appearing into Us We the
said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
settlement of the said Child
to be in the said Parish of Saint George
And that thitherto he ought by Law
to be sent
These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Christ Church
London Forth with to Remove and Convey the said
Child
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
Saint George
And him other unto the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for him according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this18thday of April
one Thousand Seven hundred and Forty Six
