Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph
London That
James Chaplin< no role > Ann His Wife and their two Children James < no role >
aged Five Years and Benjamin < no role > Aged Two Years are
lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
Joseph Crane< no role > and other Circumstances that the last legal Settlement
of the said James Chaplin< no role > is in the said Parish of Saint Benedict

And no other Subsequent settlement appearing into Us We the
said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
settlement of the said James Chaplin< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife And their
two Children
to be in the said Parish of Saint Benedict
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

Require You the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph
London Forth with to Remove and Convey the said
James Chaplin< no role > with Ann< no role > his Wife and their two Children
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
Saint Benndict
And them deliver unto the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this 26th day of Novr.
