Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Ordr. or Pass Warrant undr. the
Hands and Seals of the said Sr.

aforesd said (one whereof is of the Quorum)
bearing date the Tenth day of December last past a Female
Bastard Child aged about two years Baptized by the name of Ann
Staples was removed from the Parish of saint Andrew Holborn
London unto the said Parish of Saint Luke
alledging the sd. Parish
of St. Luke
to be the place of her last legal Settlement
That yor. Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by the sd.
Order or Pass Warrt. and therefore humbly Appeal against the same
And yor. Petitioners shall ever Pray etc
