The Assaulting laid as in
the First Court, omitting his
being a Fellowship porter.}


Billinsgate otherwise Fellowship porters as afd. they the sd. .
Thos Mumford < no role > otherwise Mountford < no role > & Wm. Andrews< no role > did
then & there with force a arms unlawfully
without any just cause or provocacon wtsoever.
push & throw down upon a certain plank or Board then
& there placed upon a certain Lighter a Vessell
and which please [..] the said Light [..] Vessel unto the [..]
then & there lying upon the River Thomas
By reason & me and whereof the sd. [..] Benjamin Thrumpton< no role > was then and there
hundred & obstructed from transacting his said lawful Business as one of
Esqr . Billingsgate otherwise Fellowship Porters& was also
then & there put into very great fear and danger of losing his Life by falling into
the sd. River Thames that is to say at London of Sd. in the Parish and Ward of afd.
and other Mischiefs to and upon him the said Benjamin Thrumpton< no role > they the
said Thomas Mumford< no role > otherwise Mountford and wm. Andrews< no role > then and there
did being and do To the great damage of him the said Benjamin Thrumpton< no role >
To the evil and Pernicious Example of all others in the like Case offending
And Agt. the peace of our said Sevn. Lord the King his Crownd Dignity
And the said Jurors upon their said Oath further present that the said
Thomas Mumford< no role > otherwise Mountford & Wm. Andrews< no role > upon the said 19th. day of
Novr. in the sd. 20th. Year of his said Present Maty's Reign with found time
at London afd. (that is to say) at the said Parish in the said Ward in a
certain publick place there scituate called Stone Stains in and upon the said
Benjamin Thrumtpon then and there being in the Peace of God and our said
