There being a Mistake in the Notice given yesterday to your Wife that I
would appear on Monday the 30th. day of June at Guild hall London
at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon and move the Court then there that
I might submit to a Smal Fine for the reasons in the said Notice
mentioned the Sume being signed by Francis Elgar< no role > one of my
Bail which was intended to have been Signed by me I do hereby
give you notice of such Mistake and that I shall appear at the
time and place mentioned in the said Notice and move the Court
according to the Contents thereof dated the 29th. of June 1746
