To the Right Honble the Lord Mayor and the
Rest of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the City of London & the Libertys thereof

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopgate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an, Order or pass warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the City of London and Libertys thereof (one being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the 13th Day of June 1745 Ann
Cumberlidge
< no role > (called in the said Order) the wife of Robert
Cumberlidge
< no role > And her Son Aged Seventeen Months were
Removed from the Parish of Allhallows the Great London
to the Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopgate London
Adjudging the Last Legal Settlement of the said Ann
Cumberlidge and Robert < no role > her Son to be there And your
Petitioner Conceiving themselves Agreived by the said
Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do humbly
Appeal therefrom And Humbly Pray Such Relief in
the Premisses As to your Lordship & Worships Shall Seem
meet & Convenient

And yor Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc
