Sheweth
That by Virtue of an, Order or pass warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the City of London
and Libertys thereof (one being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the 13th Day of June 1745

Petitioner Conceiving themselves Agreived by the said
Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do humbly
Appeal therefrom And Humbly Pray Such Relief in
the Premisses As to your Lordship & Worships Shall Seem
meet & Convenient
