Ann Cumbelidge< no role > the Wife of Robert Cumberlidge< no role > was
Removed by an Order from the Parish of Allhallows the Great to the
Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopgate It Appeared
upon the Evidence that the sd Robert Cumbelidge was
boundout Apprentice by the parish of St. Luke To
One Cooke a Weaver in Bishopgate Parish and Served
4 years wth Cooke in that parish that Cooke then
dyed, That the Apprentice then lived with his Widow
and Admtx for about 6 Months in the Same
Parish of Bpsgate , then he went to One Taylor a
Weaver in Xt Church parish & lived wth him abt. 14
Days, That Taylor wod have taken him Apprentice
in Case his Father wod Agree to pay the Charges of his
being bound a frost, that his Father refusing to be
at that ChargeShe (the sd Mistress)The administratrix went with him
to the Father's a Chainmaker who lived in the
parish of St. Giles Cripplegate [..] left him there, Thatand that
the Father Reced him & promised theMistressadmter
that She Shod not be put to any further Charge
upon his Accot. and thereupon the left him wth his sd [..] and That the Apprentice resided wth
the Father and constantly lay in Cripplegate parish for 2 months and worked wth him at his Trade there
The Indres not being then Expired

This Agreed to be the Stated
of the Case and is to be further
Argued before the Court
& in the Mean time the
further Cons of the Appeal to be
Respited till thenext Quarternext Qr Sessions
