Take notice that I intend to appeal at the next General quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the City of London
at the Guild
Hall of the said City on Monday next at Ten of the Clock in the fore
-noon against a Conviction against me by Henry Marshall< no role >

Knight
two of his Majesties Justices of the
peace for the said City for keeping an Office under the Denominiation
of a Sale of plate, contrary to the form of the Statute in that Case
made and provided by which I was adjudged to have forfeited five
hundred pounds and was Committed to the Goal of Newgate-
there to remain without Bail for the space of one year and from
thence until the said Sume of Five hundred pounds should be
fully satisfied
