The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that formerly to will at the Session of Oyer
and Terminer of Our Sovereign Lord the King holden for ye County of Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the County afd on Monday ye 11th.. day of January in the 15th. Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign

Peter Elers< no role > Esqs . and other their Fellows then Justices of Our sd. Lord the King assigned by Letters Patent
of Our sd. Lord the King under his Great Seal of Great Britain to the Same Justices abovenamed and
others & any four or more of them directed to inquire more fully the Truth by the Oath of good & lawfull
Men of ye sd. County of Middx & by other waysmeans & Methods by which they Should or might better
know, (as well within Libties as without) by whom ye Truth of ye matter might be better known of All
Treasons Misprisions of Treasons Insurraccons Rebellions Counterfeilings Clippings Washings false
Coinings and other falsities of ye money of Great Britain and other Kingdoms or Dominions whatsoever and
of All Murders Felonies Manslaughtors Killings Burglaries. Rapes of Women unlawful Meetings
Conventieles unlawfull uttering of words Assemblies Misprisions Confederacies false Allegations Trespasses
Riots Rouls Retentions Escapes Contempts Falsities Negligences Concealments Maintenance Oppressions
Champarly Deceits and all other evil Doings Offences and Injurys whatsoever and Also of ye. Accessaries of them
within ye County afd as well within Libties as without by whomsover and in what manner so ever done comitted

form as followeth that is to Say Middlesex to witt The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oaths Present
that Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. late of the Parish of Kensington in ye County of Middlesex Wife of John Nicholls< no role >
Gentleman and Edward Bygrave< no role > late of ye said Parish of Kensington in ye. sd. County of Middx Labourer not
having the fear of God before their Eyes but being moved and Seduced by ye Instigation of the Devil and falsely
unjustly and unlawfully conspiring together and intending greatly to injure and oppress One William Frankland< no role >
of London Brewer in his good Name and Reputation and to case the sd. William Frankland< no role > to be
imprisoned for Felony on the Ninth day of November in the Year of our Lord 1739 at the Parish of
Kensington in the sd. County of Middlesex with force and Arms and so forth falsely wickedly and devilish [..]
did combine conspire and agree together agt. All Truth and Justice to Procure ye sd. William Frankland< no role > (the
said William Frankland< no role > then being a Prisoner in his sd. Majesty's Goal of Newgate in ye County of Middlesex )
to be charged upon Oath before one of ye Justices of the sd. Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace of Our
sd. Lord the King in ye sd. County of Middx And Also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and
other Misdemeanours committed in ye sd. County of Middx with a Felony committed by him the sd. William
