Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Your Lordship and Edward Gibbon< no role > Esqr .
Two of His Majesty's of ye. Peace for the City of London ,
and the Liberties thereof (One being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the Second Day of May last past, Charles Allen< no role > , Mary< no role >
his Wife , and their four Children, James < no role > aged Nine Years,
Mary< no role > aged Seven Years, Lydia < no role > aged three Years, and
Charles < no role > aged Six Months, were Removed from the [..]
Precinet of White Fryers London , unto the Parish of
Christchurch London , Alledging the said Parish of
Christchurch to be the Place of their last legall Settlement.

Agrieved by teh said Warrant or Order of Removall,
Do therefore Appeal to Your Lordp & Worps therefrom,
and humbly pray, that the Benefit of this Appeal

next Generall Quarter Session of the Peace to be
holden for the said City of London & the Liberties
thereof, And that the Overseers of the Poor of the
