To the Right Honoble the Lord Mayor and the
Rest of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
City of London and the Libertys thereof

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
Without Bishopsgate in the City of London .

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the hand sand
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said City
and Liberty's thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
first day of February 1741 Susanna Smithson< no role > Singlewoman
Daughter of Alexander Smithson< no role > (who is a Native of Ireland and
hath no Settlement in England) by Margaret< no role > his Wife Deceased was
Removed from the Parish of St. Botolph Aldgate London to the
Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate London Aforesaid Adjudging
the Last Legal Settlement of the said Susanna Smithson< no role > to be [..]
And your Petitioners conceiving themselves Agrieved by the said
Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do Humbly Appeal
therefrom And Humbly pray such Relief in the premisses as to
Your Lordship And Worships shall seem meet and Conceiving

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
