Deponent hath for a Week last past Attended as a Nurse on
Elizabeth Pope< no role > whom this Deponent is Informed and verily
believes is prosecutrix in this Cause And this Deponent
further Saith that the said Elizabeth Pope< no role > is at this time
Violently Ill of a Fever that She Cannot be moved out of her
House or Attend this Court without the utmost Danger of
Loosing her Life
