I have the honour to acquaint you that in
pursuance of your Directions at the Last
Sessions but one at the Old Baily
, when you
was pleas'd to Referr the sd. Courbe' to me
to take Bail, I have accordingly taken him
in 40 pounds and two Sureties in £20 each
which Sureties were Given [..] My Lord Mayor
himself and taken in his Room at the Old
baily, on Condition that the said Peter Courbe'
Shall in thirty days after his Enlargement
Depart his Majestys Dominious and never
more be Seen in any part of Them, which
I have the honour now to Certify to you And
