County of Middlesex Carpenter will become
Bail for the Defendt Wood on Thursday next
In Case a Bill of Indictment be found against
the said Defendt. Wood at the Sessions of
Oyer and Terminer held for the City of
London at the Old Bailey Upon the Traverse
to try the Same Dated this 2d. day of
September 1740
