At the prosecution of Ann Elizabeth Humfris< no role >
otherwise Bostock< no role >

James Eventon< no role > of the parish of St. Sepulchre's Gents maketh Oath That
that he this Depont. on the 7th. day of this Inst June did personally serve
the presecutris in this Cause with a Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed
Pur porting that the Dept. in this Cause would appear & plead to the
Indictment She pre [..] agt. him for perjury on Saturday the 9th. day of this Instant June, and by the
Same if this Honourable Court Would Admit thereof, Upon which the [..]
Prosecutriz told this Depont. she was Sorry that Ever She Concern'd
herself against the Dept. and That She never had done the same had
She not been spirited up by one Edward Bembow< no role > & others, who she said had
agreat prejudice Agianst Dependt, And That the Said Bembow had
Given her Husband Mr. William Bostock< no role > a Note or Writing under the said
Benbows hav'd to pay what ever Expences the said prosecutris or
husband Should be at in Carrying on the said porsecution agt. the [..] Except
Ten Shillings and Six pence, Alme Coppy of Which Note or Writing
is Annexed to this Affidavit, and further Said tht she would have
Nothing More to do with the said Prosecution and that what she
had already done was Against her Inclination

Sworn [..] at Justice hall in the Old
Bayley 9th Day of June 1739 }
