Stealing goods the Property
of John Fristin< no role >

Elizabeth Arther< no role > of Sherbourne Lane London
Marketh Oath That on Wednesday the third day of
this instant January Eleanor Fristin< no role > Wife of John
Fristin the prosecutor in this Cause was delivered
of a Female Child And this Dept. farther maketh
Oath that the said Eleanor Fristin since the time
of her delivery hath been & still continues to be
very weak & unable to go out or walk about her
room by reason of a great swelling is one of her
leggs Occasioned by its having beeng broak about four
months ago And this Dept. farther marketh Oaths
that the said Eleanor Fristin is nor so weak & Lame
that it would greatly endanger her health if not
her life to Attend this Honble Court to give her
Evidence against the said Jane Shaw< no role > And this
Dept. farther maketh Oath that the said Eleanor
Fristin is a very material witness against the said Jane
Shaw and without whose testimony the said John
Fristin cannot safely proceed to try the said Jane
Shaw for the said Felony as this Dept. has been
informed & verily beleives to be true
