Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Olave
Hart Street London That
Jane Story< no role > widow of John Story< no role > deceased [..]
Child Elizabeth Story< no role > aged fifteen Years
are
lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind and
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and forasmuch as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
Samuel Collet< no role > that ye. said John Story< no role > deceasd
was born in ye. Parish of Willsdon in ye. County
of Middx as he has often heard ye. said John
Story declare
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legall
Settlement of the said Jane Story< no role > & her Child [..]

to be in the said Parish of Willsdon inye [..]
MiddxAnd that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Olave Hart Street
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
Jane Story< no role > & her Child
from and out of your said Parish of
Willsdon in ye County of [..]
And them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law. Given
under our hands and Seals this Sixth day of February
and Thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven
