same County Midwife Do Severally make Oath and
Say That one Mary Bourn< no role > now a Prisoner in
Newgate (who was Committed to give Evidence agt.
Mary Crawley< no role > for Felony) is very Ill and Weak and
full of Strong Pains of Labour and is in such bad
Circumstances in Goal that unless she has the liberty
of being Discharged immediately these Deponents
verity believe she the said Mary Bourn< no role > is in great
Danger of loosing her Life as well as the Infant
of which she is pregnant And these Deponents
further Say that they are Credibly Informed the
Bill of Indictment preferred against the sd: Mary
Crawley for the Offence aforesaid was returned
this present Sessions by the London Grand Jury
