Sheweth


That your Supplicant was on the 18th. day of
March last taken up on Suspicon of being Concerned
in Forging two Several Notes in order to Receive
Several Sums of Money from Messrs. Hoare & Co:

That your Supplicant hath
Continued in Custody Ever Since the Said 18th. day
of March last on the above menconed Charge

Your Supplicant Therefore
humbly Prays That he might Either
be tried, Bailed, [..] otherwise Discharged
out of Custody this Sessions as Shall
Seem most meet to this Honble Court

And yor. Supplicant as in Duly
bound Shall Ever pray Etc
