Witnesses above Named do New Attend in Order to give Evidence
on the Tryal thereof and that he together with the Said Several
Witnesses have Come Upwards of Thirty Miles from London in
Expectation that the same would be Tryed this Present Sessions
according to the Recognizance entered into by the said Defendant
and that the Expences on the said Several Witnesses and Money Paid them
for the less of their time in Comeing to London on this Account and going
back to their Several habitations with not Amount to less than five Pounds
Over and above the Money Paid to the Prosrs. Attorney and Councel
Sworn in Court at the old Bailey
