The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Catherine Creechurch
London.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seals of your Lordship & Sir Robert Baylis< no role > Knt .
Two of His Majtys's Justices of ye Peace for the City of London &
the Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date
the Twenty Sixth day of July last, Eleanor Howard< no role > Single-
-woman , was Removed from the Parish of St. James in
Dukes Place London, unto the said Parish of St. Catherine
London, Alledging the said Parish of St. Catherine Creechurch
to be the Place of her last legall Settlemt.

That yor. Petrs. Conceiving themselves agrieved by
the said Warrant or Order, Do appeal to yor. Lordp
& Worships therefrom, & humbly pray that you
will be pleased to hear them in the Premisses
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of ye.
Poor of the said Parish of St. James in Dukes
Place may appear before you to hear & abide
the Judgment & Determinacon of yor Lordp &
Worships touching this Appeal.
