That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City and Libertys thereof
(One being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Fourth day of May last

he moved from the Parish of Alhallows Stanning
in the City of London
aforesaid
to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft London Alledging the said Parish
of St Andrew Undershaft
to be the Place of their last Legal Settlement
That Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
Aggreived by the said Warrant or Order of the said
two Justices Do therefore Appeale to Lordship and
Worships therefrom And humbly pray that Your
Lordship and Worships will be pleased to hear them
in the premisses And that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Alhallows
Staining London may Appear before you to hear and
Abide the Judgment and Determinacon of Your
Lordship and Worships touching this Appeale
And Your Petitioners shall ever pray.
