Take Notice that the Defendant will move the Court of Sessions of Oyer
and Terminer to be held for the City of London at Justice Hall in the Old Bayley
to Morrow or so soon after as Councell can be heard That the Tryall of the
said Indictment may be put off till next Sessions Dated this 24th Day of
February 1735 .
