Richard Brocas< no role > the 23d. of April last to appear &
answer the Complaint of the Church Wardens of the
parish of St. Swithin London at the next Sessions after
the delivery of Hannah Hazard< no role > Singlewoman for
unlawfully begetting her with child or children of a
Bastard or Bastards of which She was then Pregnant
and She haveing been Since delivered (vizt.) the 18th of
July last of a Female Bastard child Concerning the
maintaining of which wee have received Sufficent
Satisfaction and alsoforthe charges of the lying in and
delivery of the said Hannah Hazard< no role > And therefore
wee consent and desire that the Recognizance of the said
David Clement< no role > may be withdrawn Witness our hands this
21th. day of August 1735
