Little Moorfields in ye Parish of St: Giles's Cripplegate

Sheweth

By way of Appeal to ye worshipful Bench
that he is Rated Eighteen Shillings P Annum, to ward
the Maintenance of the Poor of this Parish by wch
he is very much Aggrieved his whole Estate, Household
Goods & Chattels, do not Amount to Twenty pounds (his
Debts being paid) wch. he is ready to make oath of

Therefore he hopis this Honble Court
will take it unto Consideration

And ye Petitioner shall ever pray Etc
