You are Sensible how long I have been Ill and as yet am
untill & not Capable of Stirring about business therefore
cannot help being surprized at Your resolution of
trying this Cause the Setting after this terme, you very
well know that on my applying to the Court of Kings
Bench they will put of the Tryall but was willing before
I made such Application to give you this Letter that
I might not be put to that trouble Ison consideration
of the above you think proper to Countermand Your
Notice I will Consent to take notice of Tryall for the
first Sitting in next Term which will putt you every
whitt as forward as trying it the Sitting after terme,
I desire your Answer in Order that may Apply in
time I am Sr Your Servant
