The King Against Edmund Burke< no role >

David Cole< no role > Christ Church Parish in Southwarke in the County
of Surrey Gentleman Maketh Oath that on Thursday Evening the
Twenty Eighth Instant he being Informed that Michael Dolphin< no role > in this
Deponents former Affidavit menconed had been within these Six Weeks
last past at the House of One Mr. Anderson in Crispin Street
Spittlefields he this Deponent Went there And was Informed by the said
Mr. Anderson that the said Michael Dolphin< no role > had used his House there
within these Six Weeks last past And that the said Michael Dolphin< no role >
Sayd he had then lately come from the Country and that when he Should
Transact or finish Some Business for which he Came to Town or Words
to that Effect he Would Again return into the Country And this
Deponent beleives that from the Information this Deponent hath
had from the Severall people of whom he hath Enquired that the
Said Edmund Burke< no role > Will be Able to find out and have the said Michael
Dolphin as A Witness in his behalfe at the next Sessions And
this Deponent further Saith that he did the Same Evening Serve
Mr. Fenshaw with a true Copy of the Notice of Motion hereunto
Annexed which Said Mr. Fenshaw Acts as Attorney or Solicitor
for the Prosecutrix as this Deponent is Informed and Verily beleives
And this Deponent Also the Same Evening Went to the Sign of the Talbot
Inne in White Chappell Where this Depont. was Informed the
Prosecutrix used and Lodged When she is in Town but this Deponent
was there Informed that she was not to be found or Spoken to
that Night Andthereforethat She was not them in the said House
And therefore this Deponent left a Copy of the Notice Annexed with
her Son there And Desired him to Deliver the same to his Mother
Which he promised to do
