And it is farther ordered that no Person or Persons whatsoever shall Practice as Attorneys or Sollicitors
in the Courts of Session either at the Guildhall or Old Bailey by Carrying on Prosecuteing or Defending any Cause or Causes either for Prosecutor or Defendants
except such Persons that have been admitted Sworne Attorney in Some of the Courts at
Westminster and are Ameinable to Justice for such their Practice
