The Examination and Confession of John Weyle< no role > Taken before me
[..] one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the Said County of Middx this Twentieth Day of June in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Three

This Examinant Confesseth and Saith that Martha Wier< no role > who was Nurse to
Mr. Arthur Harding< no role > this Examinant master advised him to peirce a Half Hogshead
of Brandy the Property of this Examinants master And this Examinant Saith that
the Said Martha Wier< no role > had in her house Severall Quarts of Brandy and Rum
which this Examinant beleives to be the Property of the said Mr Harding
And this Examinant also Saith that one Elizh Stockwell advised him to help
her to Some Brandy and Rum which this Examinant did to the Amount
of [..] Five Quarts (to Wit) Three of Brandy and Two of Rum for
which She paid this Examinant One Shilling per Quart And Sent Severall
times afterwards to this Examinants masters house for him to help her to
more at the Same Price And this Examinant Sent word that he would help her
to more the First oppertunity he had And this Examinant further Saith that
he Sold to one Mr. Ward Three Gallons and a Half of Brandy at four
Shilling Per [..] Gallon which was the Property of the Said Mr. Harding
And this Examinant Lastly Saith that he was advised by Mr. Stockwell
and Mr. Ward [..] to take the Said Brandy and Rum
from this Examinants master Mr. Harding without his Knowledge orand
