others his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the said City in their Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate London

Sheweth


That by an Order or Warrant under the hands and Seales of the Right
Honourable John Barber< no role > Esqr Lord Mayor and Sir William Billers< no role > Knight
Two of his Majesties Jutices of the Peace for the City of London and Liberties
thereof (Quorum unns) bearing date the Fifteenth day of November 1739, Robert
Hambleton Anne< no role > his wife and their five Children Vizt. Anno< no role > aged 11 yeares
Francis aged 9 Years Sarah< no role > aged 6 yeares, Robert aged 8 years, and Isabella< no role >
aged 15 months wereby the said Order removed from the Parish of Allhallows
on the Wall London to the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate
London as the place of the last legall Settlement of the said Robert Hambleton< no role >
Anne his Wife an Ann< no role > Francis< no role > , Sarah Robert< no role > and Izabell< no role > their five Children
Your Petitioners humbly Conceive they are wronged

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray That
this Honourable Court will be pleased to appoint
a day to hear and determine the said Appeal And
Your Petitioners may be releived as unto this honourable
Court shall seem meete

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
