That the Summe of four Pounds and four
Shillings should be paid by the Defendants
unto the prosecutor John Fidzar over and
above the Costs Charges and Expences that the
said John Fidzar< no role > hath been at in prosecuting
his Actions at Law aganist the Severall
Defendants as well as the Costs Charges and
Expences that he hath been at on Accot:
of the Fryall of the said Indictment

That the Said Summe of four Pounds
and four Shillings shall together with the
said Costs be paid unto the prosecutor or his
Attorney within one week from the date hereof

That on the Payment of the said four
Pounds and four Shillings with the lost [..]
as aforesaid the prosecutor shall give a Release
of all Accons. to the severall Defendants and
the Severall Defendants shall give a Releife
in ye same manner to the prosecutor he giveing a Note of his hand
