This Informant saith, that on or aboute
the Moneth of October last past
Nicholas Feagin< no role > came to him this
Informant & Adam Murray< no role > Journey
man to the said Sarah Franckling< no role > &
did Moite them to Steal from their said
Mistris Sundry goods & that he would
sett them & share ye money betwixt them
the Said Feagin Adam Murray & this
Informants According to Said Agreemt.
this Informant in ye night time from
Laborte ye time aforesaid to some time
in ye Month of February last, this
Informant did deliver at severall
times to ye Said Nicholas Feagin< no role > the
quantity of twelve or fifteen Bush-
ells of Flower & ye quantity of
about one hundred halfe Peck lofs
of Bread, & that Adam Murray< no role > did
likewise deliver to ye Said Nicholas
Feagin aboute the quantity of forty
halfe peck Lofs of Bread , allofwch
was yr propperty of Said Mr Fanck-
ling, & that ye Said Nicholas Feagin< no role >
