Seals of your Lordship and Sr. Richard Hopskins< no role > Knt . and Aldran two of his
majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London and Libtys thereof (Quor unus)
bearing date ye. twenty third day of Febry last past Martha Nixon widow
of Jno. Nixon< no role > deced was removed from the Parish of St. Catherine Coleman
StreetLondon unto ye sd. Parish of St. Andrew Undershaft London alledging
the sd. Parish of St Andrew Undershaft to be the place of her last legal
Settlement

That Yr. Petrs. conceiving themselves Agrieved by
ye sd Warrt. or Order do Appeal to your Lordship &
Worships thereform and humbly pray yr your
Ldp & Worps will be pleased to hear them in the
prmes & order that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the sd Parish of St. Catherine Coleman
London may appear before you to hear & abide the
Judgmt. & determination of ye Lordsp & Worps touching
