The Humble peticonof the Churchand Appeale
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate in the County of Middx.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of the said Sr. Francis Forbes< no role > Knt . and Sr. Randolph Knipe< no role >
Knt . two of his Maties Justices of the peace in and for the Citty of
London (Quor unns) bearing date the Two and Twentieth day of
March last John Fletcher< no role > and Infant aged about Sixteen month
the Child of John Fletcher< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife whose
Setlement are unknown lately dropt in the parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate London was passed to the said parish of
Saint Giles without Cripplegate in the said County of Middx as
the place of his last legall Setlement by which order or Warrant
your peticoners think themselves Aggreived and humbly Appeale
therefrom

Your peticoners therefore most humbly pray that
the Churchwardens and Overseers [..] of the pan
of the sd parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate may attend this Court to abide
the Judgment and determinacon of your
Worshipps touching the meritts of this
Appeale

And your petr shall ever pray Etc
