Setlement are unknown lately dropt in the parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate
London was passed to the said parish of
Saint Giles without Cripplegate
in the said County of Middx as
the place of his last legall Setlement by which order or Warrant
your peticoners think themselves Aggreived and humbly Appeale
therefrom
Your peticoners therefore most humbly pray that
the Churchwardens and Overseers [..] of the pan
of the sd parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate
may attend this Court to abide
the Judgment and determinacon of your
Worshipps touching the meritts of this
Appeale
