The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens of
uno Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Lawrence Jewry London

Sheweth

That by virtue of Warrant veder the hands & Seals of
two of his Maties Justies of the peace within this City (Quor
Unus) bearing date the 6th. day of June last part One
Elizth. the wife of John Roberts< no role > with William Roberts< no role > a
Child of about apear old were sent and removed from the
Parish of St. Botophs without Aldersgate London unto the
said Parish of St. Laurence Jewry London alleadging
your Peticons said Parish of St. Lawrence Jury to be
the place of her last legall Settlement

Wherefore your Peticonrs conceiving themselves
agreives by the judgmt of the said two Justies
aforesaid Do humbly appeal to your Lordspp
& Worpps therein and humbly pray they may be
heard in the Premissed And taht the Churchwards:
& Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of St.
Butolph without Aldersgate may appear before you
to hear the judgemt. & determinacons of yor Lopps
worpps touching this appeale And to abide by ye
order of this Court therein
