and also to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Bartholomew the less

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us whose
Hands and Seals are hereunto set two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quor unus)
by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate London That Sarah< no role >
Peel aged Eight Years and George Peel Seven Years old or
thereabouts two children of Luke Peel< no role > (who is run away) & Sarah< no role > his wife
are lately come into the said parish endeavouring to settle
there contrary to Law and unless timely prevented are
likely to become Chargeable thereunto which we do
Adjudge to be true And for asmuch as it appeareth
unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of the said
Sarah Peel< no role > the mother That the said Sarah Peel and
George Peel< no role > the said two Children of Luke Peel< no role > (whose Settlemt.
is unknown) were born in the parish of St. Bartholomew
the less London
and no other Legal Settlement elswhere appearing
unto us Since we do also Adjudge the said parish of St.
Bartholomew the less London to be the place of
their last Legal Settlement.

These are therefore in his Majesty's name
to William require you the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate London forthwith to remove and
convey the said Sarah Peel< no role > and [..] George Peel two
children of the said Luke Peel< no role >
from and out of your said parish unto the said parish
of St. Bartholomew the Less London and them deliver
unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor
there some or one of them who are hereby required
to receive and provide for them According to Law
Given under our hands & Seals this Tenth day of
March Anno Dni 1725.
