The humble Peticonr of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Anne and Agnes within Aldersgate

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seales of the Right Honble.
the Lord Mayor and Sir Francis Forbes< no role > Knight dated the Sixteenth
day of February now last Abigail< no role > the wife of John Hewett< no role > with
their two Children were lately removed from the Parish of St. George
in this City to the said Parish of Saint Anne and Agnes

Your Peticoners finding themselves aggreived by
the said Order do humbly appeale against the
Same and Pray the same may be discharged and
that they may be releived in the Prmisses.

And your Peticoners shall pray Etc
