The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the parish of Kingsthorp
in the County of Northampton

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Warrant under the hands
and Seals of two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the
said City (Quox unus) bearing date the Eleventh day of
November 1723 Sarah Dickenson< no role > Singlewoman was
removed from the Parish of St Andrew Wardrobe London
to the said parish of Kingsthorp in the County of
Northampton aforesaid Alledging the said parish of
Kingsthorp to be the Place of her last Legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Order do humbly
appeal to Your Lordship and Worp therefrom
and humbly Pray they may be heard
concerning the prmisses And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St Andrew Wardrobe
London may appear before your to hear and
abide by the Judgment and determination
of Your Lordship and Worps touching
this Appeal

And Your Petrs shall ever pray Etc
