he did not know the same were counterfeit or false
marked, And further saith that one time he this Examint
opening a draw belonging to the said Wall raven, he then
Saw a punch or mark with a crown, and then he began to
instruct the said dice were falsly Stamp't or marked.
and being aff'raid to sell any more of the said Dice he
employed one Francis Kates< no role > to Sell some for him
and told the said Kates that he would give him Six pence
for Selling such dice
