Second of this instant Januray, she was at ye House of Mr Purchess

to desire of him some releif for his Wife
who is now in ye Work house yt he gave her Six pence; which
she carried to her accordingly; yt she did not ask ye 3d Richd Knott< no role >
to come to her Lodging, neither did she deliver his any Letter
to carry any whither for her, yt she hath not seen yt sd Richd

who [..] is before her at this Examination is an utter stranger
to her, she haveing never seen him before, nor knows
she where he dwells
